Singapore kicks off tourism recovery

By early September, when about 80% of Singapore's population is fully vaccinated, the economy will be more open, including social activities and tourism. Mr. Ong Ye Kung said: "The transition path will create a careful balance between lives and livelihoods. If the health care system is stressed, the speed of opening will have to slow down."
